Vero IMC

Vero IMC is a leading and agency in Southeast Asia.


We are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam , and we handle projects both in Vietnam and throughout the ASEAN region . We maintain partnerships in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Japan, and Poland.

We are not just public relations experts; we’re creative professionals who take a personal interest in telling the story of your business to attract the audience you seek and inspire their loyalty and devotion.

Vero IMC began operations in 2007 as a Vietnamese subsidiary of the regional Vero PR. In 2018, we became an independent agency providing Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).

Our Team


Dedicated marketing communications team

Clāra Ly-Le

As head of Vero IMC, Clāra has been involved in many successful public relations and integrated marketing projects. She has put her professional knowledge and extensive connections with business media and KOLs to use in managing local and international accounts including UL, Viber, ONE Championship, Intel, HBO, Nissan, Herbalife, Unilever, P&G, Microsoft, Hoffmann-La Roche, etc.

Clāra received her BA in Communication at Truman State University, U.S. and her MComm at Bond University, Australia, where she is currently a PhD candidate. Her research interests include crisis management in the social media landscape, intercultural communication, and new media communication.

Duy Ly

Duy has extensive knowledge of public relations and keeps himself informed of the latest PR techniques. Media relations is his specialty, and he has run media campaigns ranging from B2B to B2C for clients from sports to technology. His successes include work with ONE Championship, Cargill, PropertyGuru, Viber, and Vinpearl.

Vi Mai

Vi has a proven professional background in journalism, social media marketing, and copywriting. From 2009-2016, she worked as a translator, reporter, editor, and columnist for The Saigon Times Group’s publications. In 2016, she went to California to study for her MBA, during which time she worked as a social media marketing manager for a startup education and career consulting company and as a copywriter for a local radio in the Bay Area. In July 2018, Vi returned to Vietnam and began working at Vero IMC.

Cindy Huynh

Cindy has spent more than 11 years in communications and project management. She graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City, and has led projects with multinational corporations such as AkzoNobel, Kohler, British American Tobacco, Pfizer, Samsung, Vedan, Velcro, CIBM, Nippon Paint, and TH True Milk. Cindy has extensive experience in both B2B and B2C campaigns as well as digital marketing, media relations, media crisis prevention, and crisis management.

Derek Wells

Derek is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s renowned Grady College of Journalism & Mass Communication. He has lived in Vietnam for two years and has used his talents for creative thinking and clear communication on successful campaigns by companies such as Nok Air, Delta Thailand, Peach Garden, and TÜV Rheinland.
